1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Mrs Bun Three Kings ("Promoter"), located at 540D Mount Albert Road, Three Kings, Auckland 1042.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion runs monthly. For each monthly draw, entries open at 12:00am on the 1st day of the month and close at 11:59pm on the last day of that month (New Zealand time), unless otherwise stated on the relevant Facebook post.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents only.
Entrants must be 18 years or older, unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.
Directors, employees, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter the monthly draw, entrants must during the Promotion Period:

Entries must be made by the entrant personally through their own Facebook account.
The food shown in the entry photo must be food from Mrs Bun Three Kings.
The Promoter may, at its discretion, reject any entry that does not clearly show food from Mrs Bun Three Kings or appears misleading, duplicated, manipulated, offensive, inappropriate, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
7. Prize
The prize is one (1) $100 Prezzy Card per monthly draw.
The prize is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
8. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the relevant monthly Promotion Period.
The draw will take place within 7 days after the end of each month, unless otherwise stated.
9. Winner Notification
The winner will be announced on the Mrs Bun Three Kings Facebook page and may also be contacted by Facebook comment or direct message.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
10. Use of Entries
By entering, entrants grant the Promoter permission to repost, share, publish, or display their submitted food photo, first name, and/or Facebook profile name for promotional and marketing purposes in connection with this giveaway, without additional payment, unless prohibited by law.
11. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used only for administering the promotion and contacting the winner, unless the entrant otherwise agrees. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy law and the Promoter’s privacy policy.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered in connection with entering the promotion or accepting or using the prize. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights a consumer may have under New Zealand law.
13. Facebook Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook/Meta. By entering, entrants release Facebook/Meta from any responsibility or liability in relation to this promotion.
14. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
